The European Policy for Intellectual Property (EPIP) is an international, independent, interdisciplinary association dedicated to the research and analysis of intellectual property (IP) systems and intangible assets. Established in 2003, EPIP emerged from a network supported by the European Commission, with the aim of addressing the complex policy challenges posed by the knowledge economy. The association serves as a leading platform for discussions on IP and its role in innovation, economic growth, and social cohesion in Europe.
EPIP’s annual conference brings together researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders from various disciplines to explore the evolving landscape of intellectual property rights and their impact on European competitiveness. Alongside the annual conference, EPIP hosts workshops and fosters collaborative research to advance discussions on key IP issues.
